Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses.
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: Online orders ship to all US States and Territories. It is possible to ship to other countries, but it requires working directly with Customer Service. For all international shipping orders, an international shipping fee will be applied to your order. For more information please contact our customer service department
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we can ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please contact our customer service department and allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: We make every effort to have fair and competitive shipping rates from UPS. Each order has current shipping rates as quoted by UPS and are listed in the checkout process of your order.
Q: Are there any charges for returning an order?
A: There is a one-time charge of 20% of your original purchase price applied to orders returned. Please see our Returns and Exchanges page
