If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to our warehouse for a refund.

Return Instructions

Please call: 317-344-9396 or email us first. You will need to get approval first before we can process the return.

All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, and make sure that the shoes are in the same condition as you received them.

• You can return your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date.

• Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

• There is a restocking charge of 20% of your purchase price.

• Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or by check within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Exchanges:

If you need a different size or would like a different color, you can exchange the shoes.

• Include a check made out to Zeko Shoes for $5.00 to cover the cost of return shipping.

• Include a return address so we know where to ship the shoes.

• Let us know what size and color your are needing.

• Once your exchange is received and inspected by the fulfillment center (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange will be processed and sent back to you via UPS.
